Right now my lovely wife is on the couch holding our wonderful daughter. Mary is sound asleep. Soother in mouth, she dreams.

I have changed the blog a bit. I wanted to accomodate video in The Blog so I had to change the format.

Let me know if this is acceptable to Mary's fanbase and if it is not I will change it to another perhaps more colorful style.

Mary is now in the movies! Well she's on Youtube.com anyway.

Here is the first of what I am sure of many movies to come.

This was shot some time ago. It was our first time out of the house for a walk with the stroller as a family. We went to the Roasted Cherry for some soup and coffee and then to The Rochester Pub.

Hi,

I guess, judging by some of the email I have recently recieved, that I took too long a break from posting. Kate would have loved to have posted pictures for you all to see but she doesn't know how yet.

What have we been up to? Well lets see.

We've visited alot with Los Abuelos (Pablo and Marcella- Mary's G-Parents), we were at the Santa Claus parade with Mary's aunt and uncle Oliver and her cousin Tristan, we've hung out alot at home, we went to the Doctors and Mary got her first needles, we've laughed we've cried.

A note about babys and needles:

THEY DON'T LIKE'EM!!! Although as soon as they realize they've had them they forget about them so It's not all that bad really.

Life as a Dad is really going great! Mary still waits for me to get home before she goes into her fit of daily rage and when it's all over she sleeps for a bit and then she's ok. We were talking about all kinds of stuff last night. Mary doesn't know it yet but she holds up her end of a conversation quite well. I'm sure she knows she's making noise, I'm just not sure she knows why.

We are doing fine. Mary is starting to really look at stuff inquisitively. We put the toys on her bouncy chair (which she explosive pooped on earlier. All clean again for now) and hse is staring at them like crazy.

I went to the Nephrologist today and he said that I am doing well and that we can get Mary checked later on to see if she has PKD. (Polycystic kidney disease). My children have a 50% chance of getting the disease. We hope she is part of the lucky 50%.

Not a lot to say about yesterday. We spent most of the day inside. Mary is doing greatly which is more than can be said for her parents. With my weakness from the flu and Kate's enduring headache we just decided to hang around the house. In fact the only real excitement (apart from that brought by Mary) was going to Canadian Tire to purchase a humidifier where Mary finally met her 2nd Cousin Tammy. Wooohoooo!

Today we are going to make a trek to Mary's Abuelos (grandparents) house to visit for a bit. That should be fun.

Today we spent the day inside on the couch. I am still not well so we spent the day watching tv and hanging out as a family. I am so enjoying this.

Hey,

today was not a good day. I was woken by the sudden urge to toss cookies and boy did I. I went to work and left after the show so I could go home and rest. I still feel like crap so I'm not going to work tomorrow. Kate took me to the Doctor's and he said I should only have water for the next 24 hours to try and flush the infection out. Flu I guess.

Anyway I just want everyone to know that my wife is great. She is taking care of both of us and that is not an easy thing to do. I turn into a right baby when I'm sick and Kate is Great!

It's Katie writing today!
Halloween has come and gone and I was so sad to take the last pictures of her in her pumpkin costume! She was so cute in her little orange outfit and hat! We spent Halloween at the Abuelos (Grandparents), with Marcy, Will, Fanny and Cousin Tristan!
We weighed Mary today! She is 10 lbs and 12 oz! I can not believe how she is growing... She is starting to coo and smile! She is asleep right now in her bouncy wearing her newest piece of clothing that her Papa sent her! Although it may not be my team (or Mary's - At least I hope) you have to admit she looks very cute and must make her Daddy and Papa very proud!
Anyways... we hope that you like the attached photos!
