This is a picture of the best damn New Years Eve cake I've ever seen. Kate and I spent the better part of 3 hours icing this thing. Awesome.

Hey Y'all,

This morning ws pretty much like any other morning. Well for me it was. Kate was up a few times with the lovely Mary but I was sound asleep. I keep telling Kate to elbow me and get me up but she doesn't. Finally I got up at 6:30 but Mary was sleeping quietly so I left her alone.

It's time for Mary's 3 month growth spurt. She is changing her pattern of sleep and she eats all the time. It's pretty crazy. Mary eats every 2 or 3 hours and is pretty grumpy. Also I think she is in the very early stages of toofs coming in. JOY!

Hi Everyone!
Well, it's the Mom and I thought I would give you all the latest news! Mary rolled over yesterday! I was at the Well Baby Clinic to get her weighed (with a onesie and diaper she wieghs 13 lbs 11 oz), I placed Mary on the play mat to have some belly time. I turned for 2 seconds and turned around to find her on her back! After much praise and giggles, I placed her back on her belly and she rolled over to her back on the other side!
Yes everyone, our daughter is brilliant!
She is a happy little girl who seems to be taking everything in. She observes everything that goes on around her... I would love to know what is going through that little mind of hers.
Well enought bragging for today! I am off to go and snuggle with Mary!

Hi Everyone,

Christmas was amazing this year. We spent our time at Pablo and Marcella's house opening presents and eating. It was great. We also went out to Aunt Anne's house for Christmas dinner. Thank you to everyone who was so nice to us. It was really great to feel the love.

Special hello from Mary to her cousins Megan and Cole. It's great that you are watching Mary grow.

Hi Everyone,

It's December 24th and you know what that means. SANTA IS COMING TONIGHT!!!!

Mary is very excited. Well maybe not but we are!!! It's baby's first Chrismas you know. We have had ornaments made and everything. I will be posting many pictures on the blog tomorrow or on boxing day.

Right now as I type this, Mary is in her bouncy chair and Kate is creating some very nice "brag books". They look great. Mary is not seeming very happy right now so I think I will make this short.

We wish you all a very special Christmas. We will be spending our time at Pablo and Marcella's house. Tonight is a Mexican Christmas Eve party. I don't think we open gifts tonight though. The food will be excellent and Kate is making a fantastic cake. It looks like an ornament and if it turns out I will be allowed to post a picture of it.

Wow!!! It has been only a few short days since I last posted (Dec. 03) and already the hoard of unruly fans are beating the drums in anger. Yes from grannies and Pappas to Aunties and Uncles to Abuelos and Abuelas the resounding cry of "WE WANT PICTURES OF MARY!!!" can be heard for miles around.

Well I am here to say that as of tonight I will return to my posting duties once again.

It would be a lot easier if Mary would just do this blogging thing on her own though.

Oh well.

Check later tonight and I promise there will be pictures and video and more. The insatiable fans will be satiated.

Last night we went to a wine and cheese and Mary was the life of the party. Not that she had any idea. She slept through the whole thing. The party was great. It ws a "bring your favorite wine and cheese" party. We brought an Irish Guinness Cheddar and a nice Penfold's Shiraz. Fun!
