THIS JUST OUT!!! (hahaha)
AT APPROXIMATELY 19:05 ON APRIL 29TH, 2008 MARY LEE USED HER POTTY FOR THE FIRST TIME!
That's right folks. Today was the first time that Mary peepee'd in her little potty. Her mother and I have never been so cheery about urine in our lives! Wooohooo... Yaaayyy Boo Boo!!!
Incidently, our smart little cookie, while walking around without her diaper just after peeing in the potty, found that she needed to poo and made great strides to get to her potty but fell just 3 feet short. And then again about 2 feet to the left of that and once more about 6 inches from that. If you get my drift. That was nasty.
So we are a happy family today that the potty training process has begun.

Grandpa and Grandma's BBQ
The other day we went to Pablo and Marcela's home for a bbq and Mary had a great time. then she fell asleep with her monkey in her arms.

ITS SPRING!!! Mary and Daddy Attack The BackYard!
The other day Mary discovered warmth and snow can co-exsist. She discovered the only snow that was left in our yard. A 1 foot long 3 inch wide patch that was mud covered and apparently tasty like crazy!

Recently Mary got to experience the first in what I am sure is a long list of skinned knees. It was no fun at all. Oh and Mary didn't enjoy it either. I don't even remember why or how she got the scrapes but it stunk let me tell you.

Mary Is SOOOO Much Better!
So Mary is on the mend and finally she is acting like her old (haha) self. She is playing and running around and giving great 2 year old attitude! It's quite charming. I'm not sure where she gets the attitude from. Must be her mother. (No comments from the London side of the family please)
Yesterday we went on a walk to the library so Mary could get some fresh air. It was nice and warm adn we could smell spring in the air finally. The snow is still piled high and that's alright because it's going to be gone soon. Just hope it doesn't flood.
Here is some pictures of the walk and a little friend Mary made at the library. We don't know his name but he like Mary from the moment they met. Nice boy.

Lets Not Jynx Anything...
Hey,
Mary hasn't thrown up since 4am. That was just prior to us going in to the Children's Hospital this morning on fears of dehydration. Turns out she's ok just a little low on fluids. We became concerned when there was no wet diapers for about 12 hours and called Telehealth Ontario. The suggested we go in and it all turned out ok in the end. Again we're not out of the woods yet but we're now heading in the right direction. Mary's appetite has sort of returned and she is ingesting fluids without tossing her stomach.
Back to work tomorrow. Oh and I had to go to get 3 stitches in my right hand last night. I had a knife fight with a mini baguette that I was trying to turn into garlic bread. WHAT A FREAKIN' WEEK!!!

Still Not well
Mary is right now lying on her mommy's chest wraped in a blanket after her bath. She still has a fever of about 38 and we're giving her infant tylenol to try to keep it down. poor little girl.

Mary is sick. She has been throwing up about every hour since yesterday and although it seems to have stopped for a while I'm not sure if we're out of the woods yet. 2 or 3 kids got sick at her day care yesterday as kids do. We're not too worried about it becasue she's acting fine, although a little tired, and she's eating little bits at a time.
She is asleep right now so we'll see when she wakes up.
