The Daily Mary!

Our Mary is a wonderful child. You should all be so lucky to have her fall asleep in your arms one day. It is by far the single greatest feeling a man can have. Last night we were hanging out just the two of us playing Lego's in the living room and she started to get fussy so I picked her up and cuddled her on me and within minutes she was falling asleep. If you are a parent then what i am saying is nothing new to you and you're probably smiling that kind all knowing smile as you read this.

There she is, lying there in my arms. I'm looking down at her heavy eye lids closing,her breathing is slowing and she is at complete peace with her world. She is warm. So comfortable in my arms and so cuddled. I finally feel like the man I am supposed to be because i am protecting this dreaming, delicate little blond haired angel while she sleeps. The soother twitches and her little lips loosen just enough so the soother falls almost out but hangs on precariously. She is down for the night. I carry her to her crib, kiss her on the forehead and gently lay her on her mattress for the night.
